Slurry Wall Sleds
Finally, a slurry wall sled is available
from manufacturer’s stock. No longer
do you have to job cast or adapt other products to properly position rebar steel
in a slurry wall trench! PIERESEARCH’S
Slurry Wall Sleds are made from 5,000 psi cementious grout. And, have a #3 rebar embedded longitudinally
for additional strength. For ease of
installation each sled has 2 sets of embedded #11 gauge galvanized tie wires.
The sleds come in 2 convenient thickness sizes: 2" and 3".
Either thickness has a contact area of 3" x 6".
Recommended
spacing: Vertical 8' on centers - Horizontal 5' on centers or A/E
recommendations.
